This salt water pool house is an indoor timber frame oasis in the foothills west of Fort Collins. The timber trusses span the entire width for unobstructed luxury. Using prefabricated SIP panels for the envelope not only meant an expedited construction timeline, but an energy-efficient structure built to withstand the unique environmental conditions.
